Gising gising – A Yummy Pork Recipe

It's now the rainy season and I'm beginning to feel the cold weather lonely, rainy days once more. And what better factor to pass the boredom away than to do a thing intriguing, like cooking! Yes! Cooking hot and spicy foods would certainly assist shake off these rainy feeling we all have through the rainy season. But, thinking of a recipe that is hot and spicy, I soon discovered that I just have a smaller array of recipes from that genre. I now known as my mother and asked her what to cook. o two tbsp (28 g) minced garlic
o 1 computer (75 g) massive onion, chopped

Now that you have your ingredients, let's start off cooking!


Initial, saut the garlic, in 1 tsp. oil, wait until golden brown, and then add the onions, saut well. Now, add the bagoong alamang and cook it for a few minutes. Add the pork, saut it until lightly browned. Next, add the Baguio beans, sili and pineapple tidbits with syrup. Cover and simmer until the beans are just about cooked. Afterwards, add the gata mixture and simmer for a further two (two) minutes. And there you have your really own gising gising!
