Cassola..a Vacation Dessert Recipe

Cassola is ordinarily a Jewish dessert, but because the predominant ingredient is clean ricotta cheese it is also a regular cheesecake served in Italy. Simple and easy, sweet and delectable as all Italian dishes are, this a person only has 5 components and is very easy for even the beginner cook to whip up.
